Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development (MoPSHRD) held the Reform Champion Program Screening & Selection Orientation Workshop today as part of the Building Institutional Foundation for Effective Public Service (BIFEPS) Project.
The Reform Champions will play a vital role in improving public service performance. They shall selected for their integrity, competence, and leadership to help strengthen systems, modernize processes, and improve service delivery for citizens.
Today’s orientation ensured a shared understanding among Hon. Undersecretaries, GRM Committees, and the RC Screening & Selection Panel on the principles, criteria, and processes guiding the merit-based selection of Reform Champions across MDAs.
